We cooked some nice buffalo stew in the pressure cooker. If you don’t have one, just cook it 4 times longer…

  1. Cut beef into cubes
  2. Brown in hot oil with garlic and ginger
  3. Add potatoes, Meat Masala, Garam Masala and Kashmirilal
  4. add safron, cumin, salt & tumeric
  5. add onions, tomatoes & coriander & stir all for 2 minutes
  6. add hot water and cook in pressure cooker for 20 minutes
  • 400g cubed buffalo meat
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tbs minced ginger
  • 300g cubed potatoes
  • some safron
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Meat Masala, Garam Masala & Kashmirilal
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 250ml water

Serves 2-3 person
