We cooked some nice buffalo stew in the pressure cooker. If you don’t have one, just cook it 4 times longer…
- Cut beef into cubes
- Brown in hot oil with garlic and ginger
- Add potatoes, Meat Masala, Garam Masala and Kashmirilal
- add safron, cumin, salt & tumeric
- add onions, tomatoes & coriander & stir all for 2 minutes
- add hot water and cook in pressure cooker for 20 minutes
- 400g cubed buffalo meat
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tbs minced ginger
- 300g cubed potatoes
- some safron
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Meat Masala, Garam Masala & Kashmirilal
- 1 tsp tumeric
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 bunch coriander
- 250ml water
Serves 2-3 person
