On my way to Pongour Water falls I had a stop at a nice Vietnamese Weasel Coffee Shop. Here the grow the coffee at a nice lake and also have some weasel doing the work to get the little extra for this coffee. Apparently these cute little animals love eating coffee beans with the fruit shell around. However they cannot digest the bean we know and its been flushed out of their system. Dried, cleaned, roasted, ground – so that we humans can enjoy it…

Of course I tasted it but not a big fan of it. Tick the box in this nice surroundings…
