Wow – what can I say? Grilled Teriyaki Honey Sesame Glazed Tuna Steak. For all Tuna fans & this who like their fish raw!
- Marinate fresh tuna steak in Teriyaki sauce over night or some hours in fridge
- take steak out 1 hour before cooking to warm it up and reach room temperature
- roast sesame seeds in pan without oil, be careful as they burn quickly
- mix sesame with ground pepper and ground coriander seeds
- prepare BBQ or grill pan and set to high heat
- grill tuna steak from both sides for 2 minutes
- let it rest on warm plate
- brush on liquid honey & place on sesame mix
- repeat on other side and edges too
- cut into stripes or serve
- goes well with Mango salad
- 250g fresh tuna steak
- 2 tbs sesame seeds
- 2 tbs liquid honey
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 tbs teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander seeds
