I found a nice little food truck “Pop-up” in the centre the other day and they serve fresh food. Later after talking to the owner I found out that Putz from Switzerland just started it with his wife and parents in law! Great place – nice mix of Cambodian, Swiss and German street food.
-
Cut the beef into thin slices, if you’re sure of good quality you can eat it raw, here we added some hot water and cure it for a bit
-
After that the onions, garlic, fish sauce, lime, rice powder, coriander, basil and chilli were mixed together and added to the squeezed beef.
-
All will be served with different vegetables, salad or cabbage. You can serve it with whatever you fancy. Enjoy – I just love the taste….
