I found a nice little food truck “Pop-up” in the centre the other day and they serve fresh food. Later after talking to the owner I found out that Putz from Switzerland just started it with his wife and parents in law! Great place – nice mix of Cambodian, Swiss and German street food.

  1. Cut the beef into thin slices, if you’re sure of good quality you can eat it raw, here we added some hot water and cure it for a bit

  2. After that the onions, garlic, fish sauce, lime, rice powder, coriander, basil and chilli were mixed together and added to the  squeezed beef.

  3. All will be served with different vegetables, salad or cabbage. You can serve it with whatever you fancy. Enjoy – I just love the taste….
