The combo of sweet ripe figs, spicy chili & crunchy sesame makes this an easy & yummy dessert. Add yoghurt ice cream to balance the sweetness.
- Wash figs & cut into 4 pieces
- Slowly heat brown sugar in pan until melted
- Put figs into, cut side down & slightly move around to absorb the melted sugar
- Flip after 2 minutes
- Add in chopped chilis, lime juice & sesame
- Stir and lift into dessert bowls, add ice cream if desired
- 6 ripe figs
- 3 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tbs lime juice
- 2 tbs sesame
- 1/2 chopped chili
- yoghurt ice cream
- mint leaves for decoration
