Ceviche, Peruvian raw fish…cured in lime juice & spiced with chilis.
- Chop salmon into nice little cubes
- Add lime juice, chili, spring onions & coriander
- Let marinate for at least 30 minutes
- 150g fresh salmon filet without skin
- 1 lime
- 1/2 chopped chili
- 1 tbs chopped spring onions
- 1 tsp chopped coriander
