Vietnamese Pancakes – very traditional dish and easy & quickly made.

  1. Mix pancake flour & crisp fried powder mix with some water & two eggs until its a thick but slightly runny mixture

  2. Add salt, pepper and tumeric

  3. Heat oil in big pancake pan and add the mix into the pan moving it around avoiding uneven surface

  4. Put a lid on and bake it for around 2 minutes, add some soy beans and bake for another 2 minutes

  5. Fold in half and serve hot

  • 200g pancake flour
  • 200g crisp fried powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 100ml water
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/2 tbs tumeric
  • 1 big sliced onion
  • 1 hand full soy bean sprouts
  • frying oil

Serves 2-3 person
