During my quick stay in Hong Kong we came up with this nice idea. Homemade blow torched Lamb Kebab. We love Kebab and always have it after a long night out at our Kebab dealer of trust Ebeneezer.

Over some beers the idea was born that we can make our own kebab at home and even bake the bread.  And here is the result – me made it the next day. Pretty happy with the result.  

Next project when I’m back to Hong Kong is Chicken Kebab…
