Nepali Buffalo Momos – made together with my friend Zepp in the house of his lovely family.
- Mix flour with water and mix until smooth (chill in fridge for 30 minutes)
- Mix ground buffalo meat with all other ingredients
- Flatten the dough and cut out round pieces (using a cup or glass)
- put a good teaspoon of mixed meat and fold it as shown in the Youtube video
- pan fry or steam them
- 500g ground lean buffalo meat (or beef)
- 3 chopped onions
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 2 tsp Meat Masala
- 1 tsp Special Masala
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp tumeric
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbs mustard oil
- 1 tbs port wine
- 300g flour & some water
