You can’t come to Australia without having prawns & Morton Bay Bugs.
Cook them & enjoy with lemon and pepper! The Corona wasn’t my first choice but great at 33 degrees!
- Use prawns with their heads left on, but their intestinal tracts removed. Bring a large pan of salted water to a steady boil, drop in the prawns, and simmer until they change colour (about 3-4 minutes) .
- Drain from the water and serve.
- 500g raw prawns
- morton bay bugs
- salt, pepper
- lemon
- Baguette
- dip of your choice
