- bring steak to room temperature, take it out of fridge 90 minutes before BBQ
- start heating up the charcoal – wait until it’s thoroughly burned and nice red heated
- place naked steak directly on charcoal
- turn after 4-5 minutes
- take off and let rest for 8-10 minutes
- cut & serve with just some sea salt
- 2,5 kg of good charcoal
- 1 big cut entrecôte á 500g
- sea salt
