And my journey continuous…

Flew out from Cairns into Sydney, knowingly that I’m not going to be on my own. Met Paul, my old colleague from finance times, Rawad a new friend I met in SG recently, Kellen, my lil sis as well Twinny from HK who also decided to live in Sydney rather then Hong Kong anymore.

And I totally understand now, why Australia is so attractive. The Ozzy lifestyle is in a good way more relaxed and people spend way more time outdoors. If you’re into activities and sports – you’re at the right spot. Seriously considering to move here, if Sydney wasn’t the other side of the world. And my sister and cousins would probably kill me if I came up with that idea…if that wasn’t the even worse scenario, haha!

What I was impressed about in Sydney, people are very sporty here, running in the parks, cycling or swimming in pool. Inspiring – loved it. The parks are green, big and many birds sing, even parrots. When I arrived the harbour around the Opera and had a view into the water, I couldn’t believe it – crystal clear water, unbelievable!!!

Spent my time with meeting friends, some sightseeing, burpees, running, swimming, eating & drinking…

The weekend Twinny invited me to a camping trip into the Blue Mountains, but unfortunately Sydney area was hit by a heat wave, national parks had been closed, so we enjoyed BBQ & party at Milk Beach. Great alternative.

Great time in Sydney with great friends! Totally enjoyed it – friends make a trip like this so much more remarkable. Happy to know you guys! Until we meet again…

Now I’m out to Melbourne, just realising I don’t have friends living there – how comes?! Bad preparation, haha…
