Wow – what can I say? Grilled Teriyaki Honey Sesame Glazed Tuna Steak. For all Tuna fans & this who like their fish raw! 

  1. Marinate fresh tuna steak in Teriyaki sauce over night or some hours in fridge
  2. take steak out 1 hour before cooking to warm it up and reach room temperature
  3. roast sesame seeds in pan without oil, be careful as they burn quickly
  4. mix sesame with ground pepper and ground coriander seeds
  5. prepare BBQ or grill pan and set to high heat
  6. grill tuna steak from both sides for 2 minutes
  7. let it rest on warm plate
  8. brush on liquid honey & place on sesame mix
  9. repeat on other side and edges too
  10. cut into stripes or serve
  11. goes well with Mango salad
  • 250g fresh tuna steak
  • 2 tbs sesame seeds
  • 2 tbs liquid honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 4 tbs teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander seeds
