Japanese Tuna Tartare!
This is how I like my tuna, try it the Asian way…
- Chop tuna tartare into little cubes
- Mix with shallot, coriander, chili, sesame
- Mix honey, soy sauce, lime juice & sesame oil
- Marinate the tuna in the mix for at least 2 hours in fridge
- Take out of fridge 30 minutes before serving
- Enjoy
- 150g fresh tuna tartare
- 1 shallot finely chopped
- 1 tbs chopped coriander
- 1/2 chopped chili
- 1 tsp roasted sesame
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbs soysauce
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
