I had these skewers in Da Lat and really wanted to know how to make them.

- Marinate beef with garlic, ginger, fish sauce and soy sauce & let it rest for one hour in fridge
- Take Betel leaf and wrap it around the beef
- Put it on a skewer or as shown in the video to BBQ it
- Serve hot with sauce of desire – spicy chilli fish sauce works well
- 20 Betel leaves (La Lot)
- 200g lean meat
- 5cm minced ginger
- 1 garlic clove minced
- salt & pepper
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
Serves 2-3 person
