Crispy Vietnamese Spring Rolls – this time we filled them with minced pork & onions.

  1. Mix minced pork with onions, garlic, salt & pepper
  2. Place mix on spring roll paper and roll it up
  3. Fry it in hot oil in a pan around 4 minutes from each side until golden brown
  4. Take them out and place on kitchen paper to absorb frying oil
  5. Serve hot with sauce of desire
  • Spring roll paper (round or square)
  • 500g minced pork
  • 1 minced onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 egg
  • salt & pepper
  • oil for frying
