Crispy Vietnamese Spring Rolls – this time we filled them with minced pork & onions.

- Mix minced pork with onions, garlic, salt & pepper
- Place mix on spring roll paper and roll it up
- Fry it in hot oil in a pan around 4 minutes from each side until golden brown
- Take them out and place on kitchen paper to absorb frying oil
- Serve hot with sauce of desire
- Spring roll paper (round or square)
- 500g minced pork
- 1 minced onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 egg
- salt & pepper
- oil for frying
